The company fields only chartered or highly qualified building engineers who are deemed to be Competent Persons, being appropriately trained, experienced and qualified regarding asbestos survey and management.

The company is retained by North and South Kesteven District Councils as their sole professional advisors and surveyors regarding all matters asbestos. The latter is based on a Framework Agreement whereby the authorities obtain preferential rates and priority service.

Against this backdrop, Ross Consulting has completed asbestos survey and management plan installation to a wide and varied array of commercial, industrial, public and historic properties, as well as asbestos removal project management and provision of analytical services involving detailed design, scope of works development, HSE liaison, contractor appointment, management to completion and archive file production.
