The company also operates strict archiving controls with daily and weekly backup of digital systems, which in addition to the central server includes external hard drive storage in separate remote locations.
Over and above this, all records and the finished products related to individual client commissions are stored in hard copy and digital format which again are stored in separate remote locations.
